Day Registration fees include:

• All Meeting sessions on the selected day/s
• Morning, lunch, and afternoon catering during scheduled breaks on the selected day/s
• All Conference Social Functions on the selected day/s

Terms & Conditions

Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Conference. 

All prices are in US Dollars.

Payment can be made online via Mastercard, Visa or Amex; or can be made via bank transfer using the details on the invoice generated at registration.

Credit Card transactions will incur a fee of 5.5%.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a cancellation fee of US$25 will be made, providing notification is received prior to 1 September 2026. Cancellations made after 1 September 2026 are non-refundable. 

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

By registering for the Conference you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Conference which you are in may be used by the Organising Committee in promotion of the Conference.
